Prior to relocating to China in 2004, Stan had been with Mercer’s Boston office for about 10 years, serving multinationals on a wide range of human resources issues. Stan has extensive experience in the area of HR plan design, funding and accounting, and he has been involved in many projects in designing, analyzing and benchmarking and harmonizing HR programs. Stan has consulted hundreds of cross border transactions, covering pre deal due diligence, do-by-close preparation and post merger integration.
