During those years, Yanzhou Coal Mining acquired Felix in 2009, GCL in 2013, and was listed on Australia at June 27th, 2013, Mr Liu Jingwei is responsible for its due diligence, tax structure design, acquisition audits, listed audit and so on. Over the years, he has been responsible for numbers of overseas mergers and acquisitions due diligence, audit, financial advisory and other work, mainly concentrated in the areas of coal resources, non-ferrous metals, geographic mapping, navigation, databases, etc..
