He concentrates his practice on acquisitions, joint ventures and international business transactions, both outbound and inbound. Mr. Mangum has served on the board of directors of numerous companies and as an executive for client portfolio companies. This experience gives Mr. Mangum a business perspective, as well as a legal perspective, in solving clients’ problems. Mr. Mangum represents large financial investors and private equity funds in putting together complicated global transactions with a focus on emerging markets. Mr. Mangum received his J.D., with honors, from Duke University Law School and his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina.
