岑兆琦律师拥有外经济贸易大学法博士学位。专注于反垄断、反不正当竞争、并购、国际贸易以及商事诉讼和仲裁等领域。在政府监管政策和程序方面经验丰富，长期为中国企业“走出去”相关法律问题提供咨询服务。 曾为数家位于《财富》全球500强企业提供反垄断和竞争策略咨询。同时，对能源、金融、IT、电信、医药和汽车流通等行业中的竞争问题有着长期的跟踪分析和研究。 曾多次参与商务部、发改委和国家工商总局颁布的反垄断规章的起草工作。主编了《中国竞争法律与政策研究报告（2010年）》、《中国竞争法律与政策研究报告（2011年）》和《中外反不正当竞争法经典案例评析》等作品。岑律师曾担任中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会仲裁员，期间处理了一百五十多起国际贸易案件。 CEN Zhaoqi, partner of ZhongLun Law Firm Beijing office. His practice is primarily focused on anti‐monopoly and antiunfair competition, M&A, international trade, commercial litigation and arbitration. Mr. Cen previously worked as an anti‐trust and competition law strategy consultant for several enterprises on the Fortune’s Global Top 500 list and has been responsible for antitrust filings and antitrust civil cases. Mr. Cen has successfully represented the following clients, including Microsoft, Samsung,Dassault Aviation, LG Chemical, Tencent, Baidu,etc. Mr. Cen serves as an Arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC). Over the course of his career, he has handled more than 100 cases related to international trade. He also serves as a Researcher of Competition Law Centre of University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) and the Deputy Secretary-General of Professional Committee of Competition Policy and Law, China Society of WTO Studies (CWTO).
