张学兵律师先后毕业于中国政法大学和美国杜克大学，获法学硕士学位，持有中国律师执照。1993年创建北京市中伦律师事务所并担任主任至今，同时兼任北京市律师协会会长、中华全国律师协会副会长、北京市人大常委会委员、中国电信集团公司外部董事、中国邮政速递物流股份有限公司独立董事、中国政法大学董事会董事、中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会仲裁员等职务。张律师曾担任国内外许多企业、金融机构、政府机构的法律顾问。从业二十五年来，他先后为逾百家政府部门和大型国企提供专业法律服务。无论在诉讼还是在非诉讼领域，他均具有丰富的经验。作为中伦的创始合伙人，张律师在事务所管理方面也取得了卓越成就，并获得亚洲法律事务（ALB）颁发的“2005中国最佳管理合伙人大奖”和钱伯斯颁发的“杰出成就奖”。 Zhang Xuebing, a licensed Chinese lawyer, graduated as Master of Law from China University of Political Science and Law and completed his LL.M. at Duke University in the US. Mr. Zhang founded Zhong Lun Law Firm in Beijing in 1993 and has been acting as its managing partner since. In addition to his role as the founding partner and managing partner, Mr. Zhang serves in many distinguished positions, including the President of Beijing Lawyers Association, Vice President of All China Lawyers Association, Member of the Standing Committee of Beijing Municipal People’s Congress, Outside Director of China Telecom Group, Independent Director of China Postal Express & Logistics Co., Ltd., Member of the Board of Directors of China University of Political Science and Law, Arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. Over the course of his legal career, Mr. Zhang has acted as legal counsel for a wide range of domestic and foreign enterprises, financial institutions and government agencies. During his 25 years of law practice, Mr. Zhang has provided legal service for over 100 government agencies and large state owned enterprises, and he has extensive experience in both areas of litigation and non-litigation. As the founding partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm, Mr. Zhang has also made great achievements in the management of the law firm, for which he was awarded “The Best Managing Partner in China” by Asia Legal Business (ALB) in 2005 and “Outstanding Achievement Award” by Chambers.
